Featured Start-ups

This blog is dedicated to start-ups I plan to keep a close eye on in the next year or so. The criteria I use to determine which start-ups get selected are those I feel are fully-capable of bringing in a yearly six figure income. These websites are fully-functional, have a visually stunning layout, demonstrate a clean, simple, and modern interface, and are effectively monetized.

Elevator Pitch: Mybucketz is your social media unified. It is your one stop shop to consolidate your social media as well as fine tine the feeds you want to see!

Website: http://www.mybucketz.com/

Founder: Al Belmondo

LinkedIn Profile: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/al-belmondo/41/a14/772

Description: The application allows you to connect to Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter, bringing all of your feeds into one central location. Not only does it provide a one-stop shop for these social networks, it allows you to group friends/followings across these networks into individual "buckets”. A bucket can be anything from one person you know, to a group such as family or co-workers, or even just a description like sports. The buckets you create or your connected social network feeds can be displayed, which enables you to see and act upon a real time listing of posts coming from each service. Currently the application is in a public beta and there is a desktop/laptop version and mobile version all depending on the device.

Why it's Unique: Mybucketz is unique because not only does it combine your social media into one location but with the ability to create "buckets" of users crossing these social networks the end user can truly define what they want to see. This truly enhances the social media experience.
